Thomas Giltner is a Partner at Giltner & Associates and the third generation of his family to build a career in financial advisory work. For Tom, that lineage isn't ornamental — it shapes how he approaches every client relationship: as a long-term commitment with the family the firm serves, not a transaction.
A graduate of the University of Dayton with degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Tom began his practice in 2008 in Charlotte, North Carolina, working with small business owners and families on the financial decisions that shape their futures. After relocating to Ohio, he has continued to expand and refine that practice — bringing the same patient, relationship-first approach to the next generation of Giltner & Associates clients.
What drives Tom is the work of helping families and institutions build financial prosperity and security across decades. He finds particular meaning in the success his clients achieve in their own work and lives, and considers it a privilege to walk alongside them through the financial decisions that support those achievements.
Tom lives in Ohio with his wife Megan and their two children, Polly and Calvin.
